I know other readers out there have had this experience. Finding an author you just LOVE. Wanting to read all of her titles. I have even bought a few of these and if you know how cheap I am that is saying something. I confess that I have only read her work with Ellora’s Cave – I only found out about her books with a NY Publisher later and could not get my hands on the books, well they are trade and as I have stated, I am cheap. I am sure that her Vampire Series is awesome, because everything I have read by her has been pretty awesome. AND I have discovered characters I really, really, REALLY want her to write about in future.

So this week I will be discussing the books by Joey Hill that I have read and sharing a review or two from friends. Like I said, a few of them have escaped my miserly grasp. This will be a discussion of some hot books, BDSM, D/s, and in most cases the lady is top dog. Or Dominant in the relationship. Ans I do mean Dominant. Not just a little role play – these books are intense. I will lay out the titles in the series and when I will be posting reviews. Two of these are on my read and re-read list.

I have always loved Joey’s books from the first one I read Holding the Cards through each new release over the years. She is one of the best authors on the market and I look forward to each story. I have a very hard time picking a favorite, however Natural Law and Beloved Vampire would be at the very top. The books listed above are not all of Joey’s books at Ellora’s Cave. If you get a chance read all of them. There isn’t a bad one in the bunch.
Joey Hill never disappoints her books have good story lines. The characters
jump off the pages. The vampire Queen series where I found her books explores
the Vampire servant relationship with the Vampire being the Dominant. Her
Vampires M or F are like sex on a stick her readers will sign up in a heart beat to join the servant ranks.
The nature desire series was the next I read like Grant marching thru Richmond the
BDSM,D/S theme was the real deal Ice Queen and Mirror of My Soul are outstanding
Rough Canvas was the first M/M book what a great love story.
Joey is the first author who I feel really gives back to her fans
She answers all questions and emails. On her blog and fan group
she writes free ongoing vignettes featuring characters from her full length works.
What is so special with Joey is she keeps the fans in the loop with each book she writes.
Vampire Keeper is in third edit as I write this. Thank you Joey!!

I have been a devoted Joey Hill Fan for almost 3 years now. And I say devoted as in one devotes one self to a cause that brings them all the fulfilment one expects form a good book.
Great stories, filled with powerful characters that grip your soul till the very end. Whether Paranormal, or contempory, BDSM Joey delivers those storys that will keep you thirsting for the next.
Favourite books…. hmmm so hard to choose, because I love them all. But for now I will go with Beloved Vampire from the Vampire series, the mysterious and Dominant Lord Mason *drooling on key-board*

I discovered Joey W. Hill in January 2010 and I am now totally hooked on her stories! I read the EC titles first… starting with “Natural Law” and continuing through the entire Nature of Desire series. The characters in those stories are AMAZING! They draw you in so much that you laugh and cry with (and for) them! I then progressed to her published series (Daughters of Arianne, Vampire Queen, Knights of the Boardroom) and it was one of the best investments ever! Truthfully, the books are not cheap… but at no time did I regret those purchases! The stories are totally engaging and again, contain a group of characters that you will connect to so completely that you’ll regret getting to the end of the book! Lol!
I also love the crossover effect in her books… characters from one story line will “pop up” in other story lines, so that if you’ve read all her books… it will delight and amaze. If you haven’t… don’t worry! You can still enjoy each book/series on it’s own!
I’ve talked to Joey about her stories and books (through Facebook) and she knows how much I love them all (thanks again Joey!!). I am eagerly awaiting her next story in both the Vampire Queen series and the Knights of the Boardroom series! I also hope there is more coming in the Daughters of Arianne series as well!
